Tungsten Building, Portslade-by-Sea

A formally redundant factory, which was originally used to manufacture tungsten filaments, has been substantially remodelled by 3rd Avenue to create these contemporary and stylish offices.

There are 12 individually tailored offices over two storeys centred around a striking and spacious atrium. Tungsten Building was short-listed for the Civic Trust award in 2006. The Building is now occupied by a diverse range of thriving businesses which has helped to regenerate the local area.
